Invitation to the Shareholders of Alrai Media Group Company K.S.C.C. to Participate in the Capital Increase

The Board of Directors of Alrai Media Group Company ('Alrai', or the 'Company') is pleased to invite all shareholders who are registered in Alrai's shareholders' register as of 27 May 2024 ('Record Date'), to subscribe to the offering shares.

Shareholders recorded in the Company's shareholders' register with the Kuwait Clearing Company as of the Record Date of 27 May 2024, have the right to subscribe to up to approximately 11.5509 % of their holding. The Subscription Period begins on Sunday, 2 June 2024 until Tuesday, 25 June 2024 (inclusive).

The subscription period has been extended from Sunday, June 30, 2024 until Sunday, September 1, 2024 (included in the period).
